As a senior consultant in Lean implementations, Mr. Northern has worked implementing Lean concepts for the last 12 years in various factories, businesses and organizations  throughout the US and Western Europe.  With a background in finance and business management, Mr. Northern has also had divisional management responsibilities where he has been able to implement Lean concepts to improve productivity and lead-times in service deliveries.
