Enterprise Black Belt Certification

Enterprise Black Belt candidates receive more enterprise technical training as it applies to their functional roles as their organization implements lean principles. Following the DMAIC model, the Enterprise Black Belt candidate must first complete the Lean Enterprise Systems Design Institute. In addition to taking these required training courses (Define), the candidate receives as additional four days of onsite consultation that consists of a comprehensive project review of scope (Measure), implementation (Analyze/Implement), and completion (Control).

For Enterprise Black Belt candidates to receive certification, they must demonstrate measurable results for their business unit and successful completion of the Enterprise Black Belt exam. The Enterprise Black Belt curriculum and certification are appropriate for Six Sigma Black Belts and Lean Black Belts wishing to further develop their expertise.
