The Tennessee Lean Enterprise Center will facilitate the placement of graduate students into summer implementation assignments with corporate members of the Center. This provides companies the opportunity to benefit from the fresh ideas and the high energy level of graduate students, many of whom also have prior work experience in other industries. In turn, the students receive hands-on experience in implementing Lean ideas.
